Riser POS is the flagship product of Dimdul Ltd. The company has spent more than 15 years building software for businesses in Bangladesh. A team of 50-plus engineers, support staff, and field technicians installs and supports the system from Dhaka, Chattogram, and Cumilla.

Service keeps going through the failures that stop a paper counter: broadband drops, a ticket never reaches the kitchen, and the stock book no longer matches what was sold. Riser POS holds the order, the kitchen ticket, the stock movement, and the end-of-day report in one system. The Android till keeps taking bills offline, then syncs when the line returns.
