Which tag left
A jewelry counter loses the piece when every sale logs as "gold ornament." Twelve slots on the tray and eleven at close leave no record of which tag left, or on which bill.
Riser POS is the retail till for a jewelry store or showroom in Bangladesh. A small counter starts on Startup at ৳1,000 a month. Plus is ৳2,000 a month for barcode scanning and advanced inventory. Pro is ৳2,500 a month for multi-register showrooms. Dimdul Ltd installs it nationwide. Support runs from Dhaka HQ, with teams in Chattogram and Cumilla. Prices checked 22 October 2026.
Three places a jewelry counter fails before the guest has paid.

Shared logins are the next break. When several people bill under one account, a short drawer at night has no owner. A guest who comes back for polish or a trade-in also needs a clear printed receipt, not a faded paper voucher.
Weight billing is a different floor. Live gram rates and making-charge formulas are not what this retail till does. Riser POS Retail bills finished pieces as priced catalog items: a set retail price, a tag or barcode, and a stock count. That fits a showroom that prices the piece before it hits the till. Festival broadband drops are common. Billing can continue offline, then sync when the line returns.
A priced catalog piece, a receipt, and a stock count.
A guest chooses a priced pendant set from the bridal case. The piece already has a retail price and a tag on the box.
The cashier, signed in under their own user within the plan's user cap, scans or searches that tag. The line shows the piece name and the set price, with one unit in stock. They can attach the guest's name and phone on the customer field for later service. Payment can split across cash and card. The receipt prints the piece and the amounts paid. Stock for that tag drops by one.
The day's report uses what was sold and what was paid. Ask on the demo what each user login shows on close, and what footer text you want for buyback or exchange terms. A count of the tray against the till list is still a physical step at close. If broadband drops during a wedding rush, the Android or Windows till can still close the bill and sync when the connection returns.
Jewelry shops use the retail install. The fees below are the shop column on pricing. Prices checked 22 October 2026. Installation and training start at ৳5,000 one time on every plan. That fee covers domain, hosting, and till training. The final install number depends on outlets, hardware, and integrations. Hardware is quoted separately. This site does not take payment. Dimdul sets the till up. There is no self-serve free trial.
