Restaurant dining room with set tables

The floor What breaks in a Bangladesh dining room?

Three places a dining room fails before the guest has paid.

Lost kitchen tickets

Lunch service falls apart when a paper ticket never reaches the kitchen, two tables get the same order, and the bill stops because the internet dropped. A waiter shouts across the pass, the grill remakes a plate, and the guest waits while the next table is already hungry. You find the gap at night, when the drawer, the plates, and the stock book do not agree.

Mixed channels

Dine-in, takeaway, and delivery share the same rush. If each channel lives on a different slip, the kitchen cooks the wrong plate and the night report cannot say what was sold. A café cup or a bakery tray has its own guide. This page is the seated dining room with courses on one named table.

When the line drops

Afternoon broadband in Dhaka and Chattogram fails while guests are still at the table. A till that waits on the internet holds the kitchen and the bill. Restaurant POS here means one named ticket per table, one kitchen ticket from that sale, and an Android counter that still closes the bill when the line drops.

One sale How does one table move from order to kitchen ticket to bill?

Table 5 with courses, a later drink, and the bill when they are ready.

Riser POS billing screen on a tablet
  1. Open Table 5 and enter the order

Four guests sit at Table 5. The waiter enters a chicken biryani, a beef bhuna, two soft drinks, and a side of salad on one named ticket. Extra spice and no onion go on the bhuna as modifiers in the same tap flow. The dining option on that ticket is dine-in. Takeaway and delivery use the same ticket shape with a different mark, so the kitchen knows who is waiting at the counter or the door.

  2. Send the kitchen ticket

Startup, at ৳1,000 a month, sends a kitchen ticket to the printer. The line cooks from that paper, the same text that will be on the guest bill. Plus, at ৳2,000 a month, can show the ticket on a kitchen display as well. A short pass with one printer can live on Startup. The display is for a busy line where paper slips go missing, or for more than one station reading the same rush.

  3. Close the bill and the day

A later soft drink lands on Table 5, so the first plates and the drink close together. When the guests are ready, the cashier opens Table 5 and prints the bill. Payment is cash, card, or mobile banking, including a split when two people pay. The end-of-day report uses those records: what was sold and what was paid. If broadband drops while Table 5 is still open, the Android till can still close the bill and sync when the connection returns. Confirm that with the printers and tablets Dimdul will install. A waiter walking the room uses the waiter app on Startup. Guests who order from their own phone need QR contactless orders on Plus. A longer walk of the same table flow is also on dine in order to bill.

Pricing Which Riser POS plan fits a restaurant?

Dining rooms use the restaurant install. The fees below are the restaurant column on pricing. Prices checked 22 October 2026. Installation and training start at ৳5,000 one time on every plan. That fee covers domain, hosting, and till training. The final install number depends on outlets, hardware, and integrations. Hardware is quoted separately. This site does not take payment. Startup at ৳1,000 a month is the small dining room and quick counter. The published list is core POS billing (offline, mobile app, KOT, receipts), menu and product management, table management, reports and VAT on bills, multi payment (cash, card, mobile banking), and waiter app support. That list is Table 5: the named ticket, the kitchen ticket, and the guest bill. VAT can print on the bill. Filing a return is not described on this page.

Plus at ৳2,000 a month is the room that needs a kitchen display or QR orders. It includes everything in Startup, then multi kitchen management (KDS), advanced inventory, staff role management, QR contactless order management, analytics reports, purchase, vendor, expense, customer and salary tools, and an audit log with order approval and host stand or waitlist. Year one on Plus, before hardware, is the example the pricing page prints: ৳2,000 × 12 + ৳5,000 install = ৳29,000.

Pro is a custom package on top of Plus. It adds table reservations, online orders, and delivery apps, an online payment gateway with provider fees separate, accounts, multi-printer, and assets, reputation management from ৳1,500 a month, and optional add-ons from ৳500 a month, quoted per module. Foodpanda or Pathao orders are typed onto the till. They are not pulled in by themselves. A delivery-app module is a Pro question for the demo.

Scope What does this restaurant guide leave out?

This page is the dining-room walk: one table, kitchen ticket, guest bill, and which plan fits.

Other floors

The restaurant product page holds the full install story and feature blocks. Café, coffee shop, fast food, pizzeria, juice bar, and bakery each have their own floor guides.

Not on this install

There is no self-order kiosk and no RFID settlement on this install. Mushak filing steps are not here. Vendor comparisons stay on Dimdul's restaurant guide. Riser prints the fee and the screens on this page: Startup ৳1,000 a month, Plus ৳2,000 a month, Pro custom, installation from ৳5,000.

Before the demo

On a demo, confirm the city, branch count, table count, and printers. Say whether the kitchen needs a display and whether guests should order by QR. WhatsApp that list to Dimdul on 01538-004738. The install is still the restaurant product. Full module lists stay on pricing. Every floor on the hub is on business types.
