Print what a shop still owes

A dealer party statement for one outlet before the next route: bills, receipts, and the open due on one page.

Dealer desk printing a party statement for a shop before a delivery van leaves

A dealer party statement is the ledger printout for one shop: previous dues, today’s order, cash received, and the balance still open. On Riser POS Dealer that readout comes from the same party record as the bill and the receipt, so the driver leaves with one figure instead of a second khata.

For plans and the full desk, start at dealer management software. The walk from booking to dispatch sits in one wholesale order, from booking to party ledger. The floor guide for the same trade is Distributor POS in Bangladesh. Sibling posts cover dealer accounting software, wholesale management software, and distributor management software.

What a dealer party statement is

Before the van leaves, the desk needs the old balance, what went out today, what cash came back, and what remains. A WhatsApp total from last week does not update when the shop pays part of the bill at the door. The party statement pulls those lines from the shared ledger so the route and the owner argue about the same number.

What it lists before the van leaves

Situation Paper khata only Riser POS Dealer statement
Old balance for one shop Owner flips back through pages; clerks disagree on the last page Previous dues print on the party statement from the ledger
Today’s order and cash Challan in one book, cash in another Today’s order and payment received sit on the same statement
Partial cash on delivery Loose chit in the driver’s pocket Cash logged against the party; net due updates for the next print
Next route stop Driver guesses what the shop still owes Printed statement shows old balance, payment, and net due

How to print a dealer party statement for one shop

Use the same sequence for every stop so morning and afternoon shifts hand the driver the same kind of page.

  1. Open the party. Select the registered outlet on the dealer desk—the same shop account used for bills and receipts.
  2. Read the ledger lines. Confirm previous dues, today’s order, and any cash already logged against that party.
  3. Print or share the statement. Print or share the party ledger statement showing old balance, payment received, and net due.
  4. Hand it to the route. Give the driver the statement for that stop before the van leaves so collection starts from the same figure the desk sees.
  5. Post the collection after delivery. When partial cash comes back, record it on the same party ledger so the next statement opens with the new balance.

Dimdul Ltd installs Riser POS Dealer on Windows or Android at the counter. Android offline billing can still record a sale when broadband drops; print or share the full statement when the desk can reach the ledger screen. Confirm both steps on the hardware Dimdul will install.

How this differs from the dealer accounting guide

The dealer accounting software post shows how to bill a sale, take part cash, and leave the remainder as due on the party ledger. This page is the readout: open one shop and print what it still owes before the next route. Post first, then print. The biscuit-and-oil walk on the dealer hub shows both steps in one delivery.

Questions distributors ask

Open each registered outlet and print or share that party’s statement. The desk works one shop at a time so the driver carries the right old balance and net due for each stop.

Android offline billing can still record a sale and sync when the line returns. Print or share the full party statement when the desk can reach the ledger screen. Ask Dimdul to show both steps on the hardware they will install.
